Working Ability

MM FEB Unpad graduates are expected to demonstrate that they have the working ability particularly:

  1. Ability to apply knowledge of management functions (planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling and evaluation) in managing various types of organizations.
  2. Ability to apply knowledge of organizational functions (marketing, operations, human resources, finance, and strategy) in any type of organization.
  3. Ability to identify managerial and organizational problems accurately.
  4. Ability to design and implement functional strategies (marketing, operations, human resources, finance).
  5. Ability to design and implement organizational control at the parent level, unit, and functional.
  6. Ability to design and implement an approach / style kemimpinan effective in various types of organizations.
  7. Ability to design and implement an effective method of decision-making on the various types of organizations to solve managerial problems that is both tactical and or strategikal (the decision making process at the level of the middle and upper / top management).
  8. Ability to design and implement the innovation process toward management functions (POAC) and organizational functions (marketing, finance, HR, operation and strategy) in any type of organization.
  9. Ability to do mentoring (mentoring) in managerial and organizational practice.
  10. Ability to prepare reports and present executive executive reports on various issues / practical problems in the field of managerial and organizational professionally
