MM FEB Unpad graduates are expected to demonstrate that they have the working ability particularly:
- Ability to apply knowledge of management functions (planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling and evaluation) in managing various types of organizations.
- Ability to apply knowledge of organizational functions (marketing, operations, human resources, finance, and strategy) in any type of organization.
- Ability to identify managerial and organizational problems accurately.
- Ability to design and implement functional strategies (marketing, operations, human resources, finance).
- Ability to design and implement organizational control at the parent level, unit, and functional.
- Ability to design and implement an approach / style kemimpinan effective in various types of organizations.
- Ability to design and implement an effective method of decision-making on the various types of organizations to solve managerial problems that is both tactical and or strategikal (the decision making process at the level of the middle and upper / top management).
- Ability to design and implement the innovation process toward management functions (POAC) and organizational functions (marketing, finance, HR, operation and strategy) in any type of organization.
- Ability to do mentoring (mentoring) in managerial and organizational practice.
- Ability to prepare reports and present executive executive reports on various issues / practical problems in the field of managerial and organizational professionally
